24/7 Support: GlobeVM offers round-the-clock support, including holidays, ensuring prompt response times.

8-Confidentiality and Data Protection

Confidential Information: Both parties agree to keep all confidential information private and secure.

Data Protection: GlobeVM complies with all applicable data protection laws and regulations, ensuring the security of client data.

9-Security and Compliance

Network Security: GlobeVM implements robust security measures to protect client networks from cyber threats.

Compliance: Clients must use GlobeVM services in compliance with all applicable laws, including data privacy and cybersecurity regulations.

10-Limitation of Liability

GlobeVM will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

11-Termination and Suspension

Termination by Client: Clients may terminate their agreement with GlobeVM by providing written notice as specified in the service agreement.

Termination by GlobeVM: GlobeVM reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if the client violates these terms.

12-Amendments

GlobeVM reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
